- A milestone starts - Client receives an email when we begin working on a specific phase
- A milestone is completed - Client gets notified immediately when a phase is done
- Progress tracking - Each email includes overall project progress percentage
How It Works
1. Database-Driven Notifications
When an admin changes a milestone status to "In Progress" or "Completed", a notification record is created in the database:

An n8n workflow runs every 5 minutes to:
- Query pending notifications from our API
- Send personalized emails via Resend
- Mark notifications as sent to prevent duplicates

Clients receive a unique link to view their project progress in real-time, showing all milestones with their current status.
